The Alcatraz Ferry operates year round. Reservations are limited to 8 tickets and are available for purchase for the next 60 days. If you book 60 or more days in advance we will process your Sightseeing Tour or Bay Cruise reservation now and hold and book the Alcatraz ferry as the dates are released to the public. The Alcatraz Ferry departs from PIER 33

By ordering this combination tour your authorize "TourCorp" to purchase Alcatraz Ferry tickets from Alcatraz Cruises.

Current rates for the Day Alcatraz Ferry and Audio Tour: $ 24.75 for Adult (12-61), $ 23.25 for Seniors (62+) and $ 15.25 for Children (5-11). Night Alcatraz Ferry and Tour Rates: Adult (18-61) $ 31.50:, Junior (12-17) $ 30.50: Senior (62+)$ 29.25: Child (5-11) $18.75.

Limited tickets for Night Alcatraz Tours are available May 5-June 10 Weekends only, June 15-September 3 Daily, September 8-September 30 Weekends only. Departures 6:10 PM or 6:40 PM. Please indicate if you want a Night Tour on your order. If Night tours are unavailable a day Alcatraz tour if available will be reserved for you automatically.

INSTRUCTIONS: We will book your Alcatraz ticket for you upon receipt of your Combination Bay Cruise or Sightseeing Tour order. You will receive two travel vouchers and two separate credit card charges.

ALL ALCATRAZ SALES ARE FINAL The National Park Pass is not applicable to the Alcatraz Tour. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations.

Departure Dates and Times:
Daily - Closed Christmas. Open Ticket for Double Decker Tour Departing 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM. Alcatraz based on availability.

The tour schedule for the day depends on the availability for Alcatraz ferry tickets.

For example, if Alcatraz Ferry is available in the morning; You will pick up tickets for the Alcatraz Ferry direct from the Pier 33 "Will Call" window. After your Alcatraz Tour you return to the CitySightseeing San Francisco Tour Office to join the Golden Gate Loop at approximately 3:30 pm.

If there is no availability for Alcatraz ferry in the morning, upon arrival at Fisherman's Wharf you will start with the 9:00 AM Golden Gate Loop Tour and then continue to Pier 33 and the Alcatraz Ferry and Tour in the afternoon.

Hotel pick up is not available.

Children and Seniors:
Children rates apply to ages 5 to 11 years old. Seniors 62+ for discount on Alcatraz Portion of ticket only.

Payment: Payment in advance by major credit card; Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.

Confirmation & Travel Vouchers
For every confirmed booking you will receive 2 e-mails with your E-Ticket Vouchers - when both parts of your combo tour booking are confirmed. Please present the 1st E-Ticket voucher at the Tour Office for your Double Decker Tour. The 2nd email will be your reservation and voucher for the Alcatraz ferry.

Alcatraz Tickets are held at Pre-Paid Will Call:

Your Alcatraz boarding tickets will be held at the Alcatraz Cruises Marine terminal at Pier 33. When you present your Alcatraz Voucher, picture ID and credit card used on the reservation transaction the boarding tickets are issued. Be sure to show up 30 to 45 minutes before your cruise! Alcatraz tickets may not be picked up prior to the tour date.

This combination tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your two confirmations for these 2 separate activities will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability.

Recommended for all tours in San Francisco: Comfortable shoes and a extra layer of warm clothing.

Weather permitting. If seasonal fog obscures the view, tour route may be altered.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.

IMPORTANT: CitySightseeing San Francisco GOLDEN GATE LOOP TOUR: Tour cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations of the Downtown Loop tour prior to 24 hours are charged a $25 administration fee. No shows will be charged in full.
